Agreement to these Terms
These Terms form an agreement between you and the operators of Conquer Ascendant. In these Terms, Conquer Ascendant, we, us, and our refer to those operators. By creating an account, using the website, launcher, game realm, or official community services, you agree to these Terms, the Realm Rules, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the services.
Eligibility and guardian permission
You must be at least 13 years old to register. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must permit your registration and use. You must also be legally able to enter this agreement. We may refuse or revoke access when these requirements are not met.
Your account
Provide accurate registration information, keep your password private, and tell staff promptly if you believe the account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Accounts, access, characters, currency, and items may not be sold, rented, transferred, or used for real-money trading.
Limited permission to use the service
We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use Conquer Ascendant for private entertainment and authorized testing. You may not copy, resell, commercially exploit, disrupt, reverse engineer, or access the service in an unauthorized way except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Playtest status and service changes
Conquer Ascendant is an evolving playtest. Bugs, downtime, balance changes, maintenance, rollbacks, resets, character changes, and loss of progress may occur. We may add, remove, suspend, or change features and access when reasonably needed to operate, secure, test, or improve the realm. An invitation or account does not guarantee continuous or future access.
Rules and enforcement
The Realm Rules are part of these Terms. We may investigate activity, preserve relevant records, remove content or exploited gains, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently end access when we reasonably believe the Terms or Rules were violated or the service, players, or staff are at risk. Serious conduct may be referred to appropriate authorities. You may ask staff to review a decision through an official support channel.
Characters, currency, and virtual items
Characters, in-game currency, points, and virtual items are features of the service, not money or personal property, and have no guaranteed cash value. They remain subject to game rules, balancing, corrections, resets, and removal. Paid purchases are not currently available. If payments are introduced later, any additional purchase and refund terms will be shown before a transaction.
Feedback and community content
You keep any rights you already hold in content you submit. You give us permission to host, reproduce, moderate, and display it as reasonably needed to operate and promote the project. Feedback and bug reports may be used without payment or obligation. Do not submit unlawful content, another person’s private information, or material you do not have permission to share.
Independent project and intellectual property
Conquer Ascendant is an independent, fan-operated development realm and is not endorsed by the owners of Conquer Online. Names, trademarks, game assets, and other rights remain with their respective owners. Our original website materials, project branding, code, and documentation may not be reused commercially without permission.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device. Use is at your own risk. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service where the law allows that exclusion. Nothing here removes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Ending access
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security concerns, legal requirements, project closure, or operational reasons. Sections that logically continue after access ends—including ownership, disclaimers, responsibility, and enforcement—remain in effect.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the project changes. The effective date and version will be updated, and material changes may require renewed acceptance. For questions, account requests, or appeals, reply to a Conquer Ascendant account email or contact staff through the official community channel from which you received access.
